About Us

TCASA (TaKaSa) is the Tongan Community & Associations of South Australia. Members of our community are scattered all over Adelaide from the southern suburbs right through to the north and way up north to Port Pirie. Because of that vast distribution, we hope we can maintain contact and commnication via this website.

TCASA was initially formed in 1996. Its initial name was changed in 2006 to its current, to reflect the changing nature of the Tongan community in South Australia.

In 2001, TCASA formed the Tongan Community Radio (TCRSA Inc). TCRSA broadcast every Friday afternoon at 3pm.

Since then, The SUTT was formed and then the Tonga Catholic Community, both in 2006.

We are a small but active community.
